As a finance professional, Gardy is known for his dad’s finance jokes; they're so good, they'll make your assets depreciate right off your seat! He holds a master's degree in Financial Accounting and another in Economic and Social Development from UMass Lowell. With 15 years of experience in government finance, Gardy navigated the financial complexities of higher education, state government, and municipal government.

As the Director of Finance and Operations, Gardy oversees the organization’s technology system infrastructure, focusing on enhancing internal systems and procedures. He is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team, actively involved in strategic planning, program evaluation, and development initiatives. For personal time, you can find him enjoying carpentry, tackling small home projects, indulging in well-deserved naps, and exploring new restaurants.
