The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is seeking proposals from housing developers to develop a parcel of land at 2326 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, MA. This will include the demolition of the existing structure on site and the construction of a new mixed-income residential condominium building.

The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority (CRA) invites proposals from qualified video production vendors to develop a series of short- and long-form videos that advance the CRA’s mission and enhance public awareness of its work. The video series will highlight the CRA’s history, current projects, community impact, and strategic goals, including the renovation of the Foundry at 101 Rogers Street and other developments within the CRA’s portfolio.

The scope of work includes pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery of videos ranging from under five (5) minutes to a maximum of ten (10) minutes in length. Final deliverables must be optimized for use on the CRA website, social media platforms, and other public engagement channels.

Vendors may submit proposals for one or more video categories as defined in Section 4 (Video Category and Content Details). The CRA anticipates awarding up to five (5) contracts under this solicitation.

The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority invites proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Consultant”) to serve as the CRA’s Retail Strategy Partner. This Retail Strategy Partner will assist the CRA in launching and sustaining a 4,500 square foot affordable retail space along with approximately 2,100 square feet of accessory basement space at Unit 1 of 1175 Cambridge Street in Inman Square.

The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Human Resources Consulting Firms or Individuals to provide on-call assistance and advisement for human resources initiatives and deliverables. Services include and are not limited to benefits design, personnel evaluation procedures, legal compliance, dispute resolution and mitigation, health and safety protocols, and personnel training with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
