  • The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority invites qualifications from architectural firms to design the conversion of approximately 4,100 square feet of ground floor office space and approximately 2,500 square feet of basement space at 1175 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts into approximately five ground floor retail spaces along with basement level storage and/or workshop space for the retail tenants.     Site Visit: Optional site visits will take place on Friday, April 18 at 1:30 pm and Tuesday April 22 at 2:00 pm. The site visit will meet at the Cambridge Street entrance of 1175 Cambridge Street. Please RSVP for either site visit by e-mailing jwilliams@cambridgeredevelopment.org. Please do not park in the resident parking spaces behind the building. Metered street park is located on Cambridge Street, and paid municipal parking lots are located at 984 Cambridge Street and 15 Springfield Street.

  • The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Human Resources Consulting Firms or Individuals to provide on-call assistance and advisement for human resources initiatives and deliverables. Services include and are not limited to benefits design, personnel evaluation procedures, legal compliance, dispute resolution and mitigation, health and safety protocols, and personnel training with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
