2400 Mass Ave

In January of 2024, the CRA provided a $5 million equity investment to the 2400 Massachusetts Avenue condominium project being developed by North Cambridge Partners LLC, which allowed the developer to close on the land purchase. Simultaneously, the CRA executed an option agreement to acquire 4,000 square feet of residential condominium units in the completed building, which are planned to be made permanently affordable to middle-income buyers. The full project is slated to include 50 to 60 condominium units and ground-floor retail space.
