121 Broadway is a high-rise residential project currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2027. The development is all electric and features 439 apartments. Of these units, 20% are designated as affordable and an additional 5% are reserved for middle-income households. The building will also include tenant amenities such as an indoor family room, a dog run, and a viewing platform on the top floor overlooking the Boston skyline. The ground plane includes a substantial retail area, a double-height lobby, and a shared public porch area with an integrated water feature.
BXP obtained a building permit for the project in early 2024, construction of its foundation began in spring 2025, and the building is close to being topped off as of February, 2026.
